Agreement

By registering, you agree to the MMTC Referral Partner Terms: (1) All referrals must be genuine first-time applicants. (2) A referral is only valid once the student enrolls and pays admission fees. (3) MMTC has sole discretion in validating referrals. (4) This agreement is valid for one (1) year from registration date. (5) Either party may terminate with written notice. (6) Fraudulent activity results in immediate termination and financial liability. This agreement is governed by the laws of Kenya.
